Customer Service/eCommerce Customer Rep
Wacoal-America, the leader in Intimate Apparel, is seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and service oriented individual to join our team as our next Customer Service/eCommerce Customer Service Representative.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Respond to customer and sales force inquiries; perform a variety of duties related to the eCommerce Customer Service Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Help Customers with questions regarding products on our website
- Place orders and trace orders placed on our website
- Perform testing when changes are being made to website
- Prepare picking tickets for the Distribution Center through the PKMS Wave Management System
- Receive, research, and answer customer service inquiries and requests regarding products, prices and services offered in a pleasant and professional manner
- Enter orders accurately and efficiently into the AS/400
- Proofread all orders
- Maintain close contact with other departments to carry orders to completion
- Compose and type correspondence to customers relating to product information, orders or complaints
- Perform all maintenance relating to customer orders
- Contact various shipping firms to obtain proof of delivery information
- Handle Customer Returns
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
- Minimum 3-5 years related experience required
- High school degree or equivalent
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES:
- Excellent phone skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
- Bilingual a plus
- Knowledge of AS400 a plus
- Ability to navigate different web browsers
- eCommerce Retail Experience REQUIRED
- Ability to acquire an in-depth knowledge of company products
- Competent computer skills to perform essential functions listed above
