    PT Retail Selling and Service Associate


    Job Description:


    Wacoal-America, the leader in Intimate Apparel, is seeking self-motivated, energetic, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Associates for in–store selling and fitting of customers at our prestigious Short Hills Flagship store.


    Sales Associate Job Description & Overall Responsibility:


    Under the leadership and guidance of the Store Manager, the Selling and Service Associate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, establishing, and developing strong customer relationships, building individual sales volume, and establishing new customers. They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial approach to growing their customer base and client spend, and partner effectively with other team members.


    Professional and Knowledgeable:


    All associates are professional and strive for continuous improvement through on-going learning. All Selling and Service Associates must be comfortable fitting a bra to a customer they have just met in the store. All fittings are in the fitting rooms and not on the selling floor over a customer’s clothing. Each Selling and Service Associate possesses great expertise about the products in their store.

    Job Requirements:


    • High school graduate or equivalent
    • 2 years of sales experience preferably in a customer focused environment.
    • Consistent sales performance with demonstrated results in achieving and exceeding sales quota required.
    • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively using available technology such as electronic register and CRM client systems, etc.
    • Energy, attention to detail, initiative, and enthusiasm are required.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision.
    • Required to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
